Development Team

  • Worked on making single player mode playable with no spline generation
  • Reverted eagle for single player to its original mechanism, where it circles player and swoops
  • Re-added nest generation and respawn points for single player
  • Integrated some art assets and sound effects
  • Added cutscene at the beginning of single player game that introduces the game
  • Implemented UI single/multi-player selection
  • Added "wrong way" UI hint
  • Added camera anti-block (transparent effect) back
  • Fixed collider and multiple other issues in single player scene
  • Fixed some game state issues
  • Implemented music switching in multiplayer scene
  • Implemented random selection of trees in multiplayer scene
  • Added seaweed
  • Added indicator for players
  • Added progress bar to track player progress
  • Fixed Generated river orientation problem
  • Fixed fishermen behavior
  • Removed unused scripts in the scene (ItemSpawner imported by the art team)
  • Fixed the parameters of some river events
  • Changed music to load in the background to avoid stuttering
  • Eagle does not target players in river events
  • Removed respawn ui and replaced with automatic respawn after 3 seconds

Art Team

  • finished osprey animation
  • UI updated
  • single-player map created

Audio Team

  • all final SFX feedback from beta implemented
  • transitions between music stages implemented w/ help from CS team
  • fixed Death SFX bugs w/ help from CS team
  • implemented new orchestration for Stage 2 music track
